I'm so sorry this is so late. RL has just really been bad and busy for the last several months and I decided to simply walk away from fandom for a while. I intended to get this done first but things kept getting worse. I'm posting the winners here for now and banners will be up as soon as I can get them done, or find someone that can do them for me. But for now congratulations to all the winners, and again sorry for such a long delay.
